CHEMICAL CONTROL
IN COGENERATION POWER PLANTS
The Chemical Control course addresses a very delicate issue in
the operation of a cogeneration power plant: control of the
physical-chemical characteristics of the cooling water,
water-steam cycle and effluents.
The importance of this control is such that a wrong treatment can have
very serious damage and a loss of production so important, that its
good performance should be one of the strategic objectives
in the cogeneration power plant exploitation. As demonstrated
throughout the course, this control is simple, easy to understand and
implement if you have the right skills.
