COGENERATION POWER PLANTS
LEGAL MAINTENANCE
The course presents the most important aspects of proper maintenance
management of industrial installations, with a perspective not only
limited to the content in technical regulations (usually
considered by those responsible for maintenance), but also on other
equally important issues such as recruitment maintenance, liability for
damages to third parties or maintenance document management.
It should be remembered that there are a number of maintenance
obligations that the maintenance manager or plant manager does not
decide, but are governed by regulations and they are compulsory. If
these maintenance tasks are not performed, it can lead to social
responsibility, civil or criminal.
