PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE COURSE
Predictive
maintenance is a maintenance technique that consists of "predict" the
state of a computer based one physical or chemical variable.
Temperature, vibration, physical appearance, chemical composition of a
fluid or behaviour to an external stimulus can be used to diagnose an
equipment failure to predict when is going to fail
and anticipate the failure to intervene in it before it happens.
Most of the industrial installations have equipment that can be
subjected to any of the various predictive
maintenance techniques.
The RENOVETEC course on PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE is an introduction to
predictive techniques, and reviews each of the 5 most important
techniques in an industrial application: vibration analysis,
thermography, borescopes, ultrasonic and oil.
